Good Faith Estimate

At Delta Counseling & Consulting, we believe you should understand the cost of your care before services begin.

Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlining the expected cost of scheduled services.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you may request a GFE before scheduling or receiving services. Your estimate will be based on the services reasonably expected at the time it is prepared and may change if your treatment needs or frequency of services change.

If your final bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute process.
